    Tony Watson II and Rod Middleton are two professional basketball players and social influencers who wanted to change the way we view fitness through defined athletics.

    Recognized at the time as Pro Training Basketball, Tony and Rod were working day in and day out to give training opportunities to youth athletes in the Western New York community.

A lifestyle brand that revolutionized fitness and youth athletics through integrated sporting facilities and sport-specific training programs.
