As technology continues to evolve and reshape the world around us, the healthcare paradigm has completely changed. Whereas independent office practice used to represent specialty strength and patient confidence, collaborative medicine has found itself at the forefront of the future.

Faced with the problem of growth, several practices in Western New York recognized the strength in collaboration. With common a common goal in mind, Medical Health Associates was established to form Western New York’s largest pediatric conglomerate.

Remove fragmentation, reduce cost, and build a synergetic brand

If you think it is hard to teach an old dog new tricks, imagine taking 4 families of dogs and throwing them into one performance!

After a year of restructuring internal compliance, operations and architecture, Medical Health Associates of Western New York knew the next step was refining the community perception. It was now up to us to carefully design a synergetic brand to represent and illustrate the same “small practice attention” with the new “collaborative medical benefits”.

Our relationship and dialogue with Medical Health Associates of Western New York began almost a year before the commencement of our work. As a new entity continuing to shape internal efficiencies and iron out the natural friction in merging such large practices, we knew there were countless options ahead.

True to our learning culture at Jib Sheet Partners, we began by educating the executive leadership team at Medical Health Associates of Western New York on the market landscape, strategy options and the future opportunities ahead. 

Through careful analysis and deep research, our strategy and development resources worked closely together to identify a clear navigational path forward.

A thorough analysis and continuous dialogue with administrative and physician team members illustrated we had a lot to do!

  • Establish and identify an internal culture across seven practicing locations
  • Establish a synergetic brand that clearly communicated a commitment to care and collaboration
  • Analyze an existing online presence and costs associated
  • Redesign and develop a fully integrated, user-friendly and compressive online presence utilizing shared resources across the entire conglomerate
  • Identify any resources, forms, and policies that can be integrated to reduce unnecessary cost
  • Built a flexible, secure and user-friendly, database that allows the clean and secure collection of information
  • Design and implement an effective launch/transition strategy
